The curing principles of different types of structures are different. Single component silicone structural adhesive belongs to water-based curing materials, which are cured by absorbing water vapor in the air. In an environment with a relative humidity of not less than 60% and a temperature of not less than 20 degrees Celsius, the two-component structural adhesive meets the strength requirements after 21 days of use. It is divided into two parts, A and B, called the adhesive base and curing agent. Before construction use, they are packaged in their respective containers. During construction use, the adhesive base and curing agent are mixed in a certain proportion, and the entire adhesive begins to undergo cross-linking reaction, which is not affected by humidity and quickly solidifies. The curing time is 7 days, meeting the strength requirements for use.
